Cousinly Love
So considering that the planning for this picture went something like, "Hey lets put all the kids on the couch and take a picture!", I think it turned out rather well. Considering that 9 out of the 11 kids are the ages of 5 and under...........it's pretty much as perfect as you're going to get.
The Big 2 Celebration
Lovebird spent her birthday morning going to the library with Mommy......all by herself.
She also went to Uptown Kitchen for breakfast with Daddy.......all by herself. Getting to ride in the "fun" car the whole day was an added bonus. It was a tad cold for the top to be down but she still loved it.
That evening it was time for the Sesame Street party. Now when I say party I mean her brother and sisters and a small handful of other family members.
"Hmmmm.....a tad more in tune than last year........but still not all that impressed."

The Cookie Monster fruit tray.
The Big Bird fruit tray. (If I ever do this again I would use a banana for his nose.)
The Oscar the Grouch veggie tray.
The Elmo veggie tray.
She was so excited for her Elmo cake and had talked about it for weeks leading up to the day. This was suppose to be an "easy" cake since I had made one a few years prior. There was nothing easy about it but in the end all was well."Hmmmm.....a tad more in tune than last year........but still not all that impressed."
Blowing out the candles.
Gift opening.
Game time.
Even Aunt K took a turn.
It was a wonderful, relaxing day that focused on Lovebird. Exactly what we strive for on our kids birthdays.
2 Months!!!
Note: I'm obviously behind on blogging but should be caught up this week......maybe........possibly.......hopefully.
Ladybug is advanced when it comes to her milestones but still on the lower end of the growth curve!
Height: 22 inches
Weight: 10lbs. 8oz.
She has the notorious Cuddlebug frowny face down perfect. (Liz this pic is just for you:)And yes, she can go from that frown to this smile in a matter of seconds. She wasn't really digging the photo shoot that morning.

Fall Fun
Here is a recap of Fall 2012
Cuddlebug went to her first Tea Party.
We went to a battle reenactment of the War of 1812.
Our annual Thistleberry Farms family night.
We made great time in the corn maze.
We waited for the Election results.
Cuddlebug had her first piano lesson.
Some of us slept.
Our final beach night.
We had silly moments.
We played in the leaves.
Ladybug was as cute as ever.
Feast of Tabernacles
We decided to set up our Sukkah in the backyard considering little Ladybug was still so little and cold temps were expected that week. It was camping with the comforts of home a few feet away.
We ate in the Sukkah.
We slept in the Sukkah.
We worked in the Sukkah. Check out the laundry basket desk!
We did school in the Sukkah.
We played in the Sukkah.
We cooked by the campfire.
We celebrated the beautiful outdoors!!!!
Insanity!!!!!
Lovebird doing her nightly Insanity workout before bed. She's going to be the most in shape 2 year old around.
Last Minute Trip
It was too cold to get in the lake but perfect for some sand dune climbing. Cuddlebug went a tad too high and needed a helping hand down.
Aunt K never made it 10 feet past the car.
